Greater Rochester Habitat for Humanity and the City of Geneva are partnering to build 9 new starter homes on Crystal Street, located on the City's west side. Each home will include 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Construction is slated to begin in Spring 2027.

Please note that families will be required to have an annual household income of at least $55,000 to qualify, but make no more than 80% of the area median income.
