HUD Certified Pre-purchase Homebuyer Workshop

We Empower through Knowledge

Certified First-time Homebuyer Workshops are eight-hours long and help people become homebuyer-ready and qualify for certain down payment assistance programs. This class will cover understanding your credit, budgeting, down payment, affordable mortgage options, realty services, the closing process, and more.

Upon completion of the 8-hour pre-purchase workshop all attendees will be issued a certificate that can be submitted to their lenders for various local, state and Federal grant program qualification.
