Leaders Build is more than a day on the job site. It’s a call to action for Greater Rochester’s business and community leaders to use their influence, networks, and resources to make lasting change.

When you join Leaders Build, you’ll work alongside other influential leaders to help raise the walls of a new home. But the true power of your participation comes from rallying your peers, clients, and colleagues to invest and participate in Habitat’s mission. Every dollar you help raise and every volunteer or leader you connect us with moves us closer to building safe, affordable homes for families who need them most.

As a leader, you have the unique ability to open doors—to funding, to volunteers, to opportunities that can transform entire neighborhoods. Your presence on the build site sends a powerful message: that our community’s leaders stand united for a Greater Rochester where everyone has a decent place to live.
